For frame houses, including those built from sandwich panels, it is possible to mount directly on the walls. As a rule, the cladding of the facade of frame frames is 9-12 mm OSB, a plate that is sufficiently protected from moisture. When choosing this method of installation, it should be taken into account that the panels will not completely adhere to the wall. In any case, there will be a minimum gap sufficient for steam to escape.
Therefore, you should not be afraid of the occurrence of a thermal effect.

For the device of the frame, you can choose the most convenient material in this case: a metal profile or wooden bars. Brick panels are used not only for wall cladding, but also for the basement. Therefore, the installation of the lathing can be carried out both from the beginning of the wall and from the blind area.
The design of the ventilated facade assumes the presence of upper and lower holes for moisture removal.
Therefore, there is no need to install additional finishing profiles under the cornice and at the base of the facade. When performing work, the architectural features of the building and the presence (absence) of a ventilation engineering network are taken into account.
Before proceeding with the installation of panels, it is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the list of rules that must be followed. This will allow the facade cladding to be performed in full compliance with the fiber cement panels installation technology.
Otherwise, moisture will accumulate in these areas, which can lead to the formation of mold or mildew.
This gap will act as a lower ventilation gap.

For the installation of the panels, a frame is required that tightly surrounds all window and door openings. Vertical profiles (or wooden bars) are installed in increments of 100-120 cm. The first and last posts should be located along the line of the wall corners.

Having on hand a finished drawing of the crate, it is easy to calculate the required length of the material that will be used to construct the frame. The calculation is made in running meters.
The length of one unit is taken as the base (for a metal profile it is 280 cm, 300 cm, 305 cm, 600 cm).
Next, the panels are "laid out". First of all, find out the length and width of one unit. Then they calculate how much of the finishing material will be needed for facing this wall.
The PP 60/27 metal profile is the most convenient for the frame.

To fix the panels to the frame, you will need special metal brackets, which are called "clamps".These connectors are equipped with multiple holes, it is recommended to mount through the center. To do this, use screws or self-tapping screws.

If the wall requires insulation, the first step is to install the heat insulator. It is recommended to choose dense materials with the correct geometric shape.
These include foam sheets and mineral wool slabs. Any of them are attached to the wall using plastic dowel-nails with a wide round head, which is also called an "umbrella". If the supporting surface is flat and solid, you can stick on the foam. But in this case, you will need a duplicate fastening with the help of dowel-nails.
Perform a visual inspection of the bearing surface. If places that require strengthening are found, they knead a cement-sand mortar (for walls made of brick and concrete) and carry out work to seal cracks. If the walls are wooden, replace the worn-out lumber with a new one.

If the wall does not require insulation, the markings made on the drawing are transferred to it. Use a chalk or marker, tape measure and a level.Prepare all the necessary tools and get to work.
Step 1. Drill holes in the wall with a step of 60-80 cm along the marking lines. The upper and lower ones should be at a distance of 10-15 cm from the upper and lower parts of the wall.
Step 2 . Suspensions are fastened along the lines of the vertical struts of the frame and along the perimeter of window and door openings.
Step 3. Install a metal profile (or wooden bars) between the side plates of the hangers and fix them using galvanized self-tapping screws.
Step 4. Install a vapor barrier film over the insulation. To fix it, use double-sided tape or a construction stapler with galvanized staples.
If the insulation has been fixed, re-installation of the vapor barrier is not required.
Step 5. Proceed with the installation of the ebb. The configuration of these products may vary depending on the brand. But they all have one thing in common: purpose.
It consists in draining water from the basement of the building. Ebb tides are fixed strictly along a horizontal line.
At the top of each element is either a perforated strip or a flat and solid strip. In the first case, fastening to the frame posts is performed through holes in the perforation. In the second case, screws are screwed through a solid sheet.

Step 5. Install the starting strip along the lower horizontal line of the wall. In order to correctly do this work, use a level or level. At the joints of the strips, an overlap of at least 50 mm is required.

In any case, the installation of the finishing strip will not cause difficulties. The purpose of this element is to close the upper ends of the panels. Therefore, it (the bar) is either pushed onto them, and after that it is attached to the sheathing profiles. Or vice versa. In the second case, the finishing strip is installed before mounting the top panel.
Which, after cutting off to the desired height, is wound on the side. Then they are attached to the profile with self-tapping screws.
Step 10 . Drainage corners are attached to the inner corners of the building.
