The principle of the device

Turning on the device, the gas burner ignites, which heats the heat exchanger with water or antifreeze.

The action of the pumping device creates an excess pressure, due to which there is a continuous circulation of the heat energy transmitter in the pipes and the release of heat energy through the radiators. Then, the already cold coolant flows back into the boiler.

Manufacturing process

To create a boiler with your own hands, it is better to choose a floor model. It can be installed inside a home, in a garage or outdoors.

    In order to make a heat exchanger, you will need a steel container and a forty or fifty centimeter copper pipe. Holes are made from the bottom and top of the tank in accordance with the diameter of the tube. Fittings are installed and sealed at the ends of the pipe.

  5. When the device is started, the copper coil heats up by means of the burner, which will transfer heat to the tank. And already the tank will help to heat the water.

  6. As mentioned earlier, it is better to purchase a device for automating work, a device for maintaining a constant temperature and an aerodynamic device, since it is extremely difficult to make them yourself.

After installing the unit on the base, t, the chimney is welded to it. It is an iron pipe for removing carbon monoxide from the boiler. This pipe should be more than twenty centimeters in diameter, and in length, so that it rises more than 30 cm above the roof.

An extractor hood is installed in the chimney for easier removal of combustion products.
