This removal method should only be used when more than 8 hours have passed since the end of the work. During this time, the foam is able to dry up to 100%, and therefore the instrument should be cleaned mechanically after eight hours.

To do this, you need a tube, preferably a plastic one (you can remove it from the tool for a single use), good wire, and the gun itself.
Using a wire, hook the plastic tube and attach it to the nozzle of the device, and after working with the gun, simply remove it.

The mechanical method is a sufficiently effective way to clean the gun from polyurethane foam. Important! When sealant application is complete, proceed with cleaning the instrument immediately and without delay. Remove the used balloon, and if there is still foam in it, then do not throw it away - the substance in the container will retain its positive properties for a long time.
Flushing of the assembly gun is carried out according to simple rules:
- Remove the cylinder in which the sealant, and instead of it, fix the bottle, in which will be an aerosol for cleaning.
- Pull the trigger. In this case, liquid should begin to drip from the spout of the apparatus.Keep it depressed until the spray is clear - this is the main sign that the flushing agent has succeeded in dissolving the hardened sealant.
- The cylinder should be removed and pulled back on the trigger.
