For small batches of solution, a good bucket is obtained from two identical basins. If the agitator is to be used occasionally, you can also take plastic cans, fastened along the rim with a metal tape. One of the cans needs to cut the bottom. This bucket will only be tiltable: side discharge is not possible.

When manufacturing its bottom and the mouth of the bucket, it is necessary to strengthen the bars welded crosswise. It is better to make the bucket rotating together with the axis: this will complicate the frame design, but eliminate the need to seal the shaft in the very bottom of the bucket. The ideal mixer for this mixer is a frame type, welded to the shaft.

  1. Incorrect selection of the tub. You need to choose a round, high and not very wide: the distance from the edges of the vibrator to its walls should be equal to its radius.
