Buleryan is a long burning furnace. It allows you to quickly and efficiently warm up any room. And it should be noted that fuel is consumed very economically.
In Russia, these furnaces are called differently. In addition to Buleryan, the following designations are used: "Bullerian", "Breneran", "Bulerian" or "Bulleryan".
There are designs in five different types of release, the largest of which is designed to heat a house with a volume of up to 1000 cubic meters. m. You can make Buleryan with your own hands. A professional welder can easily cope with this task. This requires a few tools: a welding machine, a pipe bender, a grinder, a hammer, pipes with a diameter of 50 mm and sheet metal 5 mm.
The oven is easy to install. Requires a small amount of time to heat the room. Works completely offline. At the same time, the air in the room is heated evenly throughout the volume.
Solid fuel of various types is used for work, the quality of which is not overstated.
The whole design is very economical and easy to use. It is also possible to control the entire combustion process, and this allows you to achieve increased efficiency values. These models are designed for heating rooms of different sizes. The product will require low consumption of the used fuel for operation. Suitable for use in any kind of room.
Provides high-quality heating on one tab of firewood for 12 hours.
Most Buleryan stoves are often used to heat greenhouses, since they are safe and very economical. The Buleryan stove heats the air perfectly, although it is not suitable for heating water vapor. If you want to buy a heating device of this design for a bath, check with the seller in advance the address of the steam room where it has already been used.
These ovens are irreplaceable for greenhouses.
They work perfectly on any kind of wood.
To cook the oven with your own hands, you need to carefully understand its scheme and understand the basic principle of its operation.
An all-metal product usually consists of , from an insignificant number of elements and details . The heart of the furnace is a cylindrical firebox with curved metal tubes adjacent to its walls.
The door for loading fuel is located on the front side of the furnace.
With the power mode device, you can easily change the combustion modes.
There is a secondary combustion chamber in the firebox, and a special outlet pipe . A chimney is connected to it.To increase the efficiency of this furnace, it is imperative to provide high-quality thermal insulation of the chimney. For this, ordinary mineral wool is ideal.
Do not forget that to supply air to the combustion site, it is necessary to equip a blower.
And a small ash pan will be required. The operation of the Buleryan furnace is based on the physical method of convection heat exchange, that is, the movement of heat in a characteristic manner.
All tubes on the outside of the oven are rigidly welded and perfectly warm up during operation. Heat begins to be transferred to the air in them.
And which gradually begins to flow into the room. During this process, a certain vacuum is created in the lower part of the tube, due to which cold air from the lower layers of the room enters it. This process will go on continuously until the oven runs out of wood.
Furnaces of this design can be safely attributed to the more efficient heating mechanisms of all that run on solid fuel. Today, there is only one type of device that surpasses these furnaces in terms of efficiency, and that is high-tech boilers.
The fuel in them burns almost 100%. It is recommended to use peat briquettes, wood waste, firewood from various types of wood for the furnace operation. It is not advisable to use coal, since there is a high probability of damage to individual parts of the furnace.
It is strictly forbidden to use liquid and gas fuels. Currently, some people call Buleryan - a hybrid of a potbelly stove and a Russian wood-burning stove of long burning.
Below we will consider the recommendations for installing the Buleryan furnace.
First of all, the stove should be located at a certain distance from flammable objects.
A free space of about 1200 mm should be left in front of the oven. The whole structure is installed on a non-combustible base, which has a special protective screen at the edges. After installation, it is imperative to carry out a control furnace, and an unpleasant pungent odor may appear.
With the next furnaces, it will no longer be. The furnace efficiency reaches 80%.
Before starting to use it is necessary to set the oven to one of two modes:
And fuel will be added as the previous bookmark burns.
The first thing to do is to prepare metal sheets for work, then cut the required number of pipe blanks of certain sizes. After that, you need to give them the required shape, for this use a pipe bender.
All pipes must have the same curvature in shape and radius. And at the end of the pipe, you need to leave a straight section of the required length.
Having vertically installed all pipe blanks, you need to perform their point clamping.
After that, the workpieces for preparing the upper part of the firebox are mounted. As a result, we get the basic skeleton of our future design. Also, strict symmetry must be observed when working. It is necessary to exclude various distortions of the frame.
To supply oxygen to the fuel, it is necessary to install convection pipes.
For this purpose, thin pipes must be welded into the front "ribs" of the structure.
Make an incision on the inside of the frame, insert the injection pipes, and then seal the hole tightly.
Details and elements of the future furnace body are made of metal sheets. The number of these elements must correspond to the number of convection pipes prepared for the oven. The workpiece is attached to the pipe and welded at several points.
A piece of pipe with a diameter of about 100 mm is ideal for removing smoke . We attach the back wall, with a hole for smoke exhaust and point-fix. Next, we weld on the pipe to remove the smoke.
We carry out the front wall, while not forgetting to first weld the ring into it for the next junction of the furnace door.
After completing the preliminary fitting, grab this part and use two corners to mark the future bottom.
Next, you need to check the workpiece for its stability. If necessary, just correct the shape. Next, we weld all the joints with the main seam.
At this stage comes the difficult element of the furnace for the master, the front door. It is necessary to ensure its tight fit to the front wall of the furnace.
Because the quality of the fit will affect the efficiency of the oven.
The workpiece comes from a thick metal sheet like a round plate. In its lower part there will be a pipe with a damper. The door should be hinged, and only after that the locking device is welded onto it.
It is necessary to make a round hole in the front wall of the oven and weld a metal ring to it.
This element is needed to close the door more tightly.
You also need to weld two metal rings along the edges of the door, different in diameter. Then they need to be sealed with a gasket made of asbestos special cord.
After that, we clean up all welded seams, and proceed to cosmetic grinding of the entire surface of the furnace.
Strictly observe all fire safety requirements when choosing a place for installing the stove and its space .
Consider in advance the possibility of easy installation and possibly subsequent dismantling of the flue gas exhaust pipe in order to be able to clean it regularly.
The Buleryan stove must be adjusted to suit your own requirements, that is, according to the optimal air temperature in the room and certain temperatures during combustion. Do not forget to periodically inspect the top of the chimney to remove various build-ups of resin .
To use the oven in the specified mode, the pipe must be cleaned at least twice a season.
Firewood must be dried over the oven and only then put into the firebox.
Add not only firewood to the firebox, but briquettes made of sawdust and wood chips. When using this stove, the heating cost will be significantly reduced.
Not everyone can build a Buleryan stove. This is a very complex and time-consuming technological process that requires specific knowledge and skills. Although, the time you spent on its production will be repaid many times over by the significant savings that a homemade buleryan will allow you to get in comparison with the factory version of the oven.
