The first ones consist of two parts: straight and corner panels. These parts are connected to each other with screws. The panels have slots for pushing in and out the straight element. This allows the supporting profiles to be installed on the same plane. Non-adjustable brackets can be used to clad flat walls.
The pitch of the fasteners is specified in the facade cladding project. When self-assembly, you must be guided by the rule: the optimal distance between the hardware is 20-25 cm.
Step 1. Using a tape measure and a pencil, markings are applied to the wall, corresponding to the previously drawn up scheme of the subsystem.

Carry out the installation of bearing profiles, which are attached to the brackets with self-tapping screws and a screwdriver. The profile is installed horizontally. The design of the brackets allows leveling the battens in the horizontal plane at a distance of up to 30 mm. The correctness of the installation of the profiles is regularly checked using a plumb bob. All supports of this level of the crate should be located along the horizontal joints of the metal cassettes.

If there is not enough movement of the brackets to create a flat plane under the panel, install similar elements, but with longer shelves.
Step 1. Lay a plate of heat-insulating material on the wall so that the mineral wool (or foam) is located between the bearing profiles and supported by brackets. The sheets of the heat insulator are installed so as to ensure the bandaging of the joints.

Step 3. Fix the slab with plastic disc dowels, driving them into the drilled holes.
A vapor barrier membrane or wind barrier is installed on top of the insulation. Both materials can be mounted simultaneously.
The choice of wall protection option depends on the climatic conditions of the region of residence. For areas with high air humidity (maritime climate), a vapor barrier must be installed. An important point: the sheets of steam and wind protection are laid with an overlap of 10-15 cm.
Step 4. The sheet of wind protection is attached to the profile installed in the upper part of the wall.
