    If it has oily stains, it is a big problem. Detergent will not get rid of them, as some inexperienced craftsmen promise. Why? First, the oil penetrates very deeply into the concrete; it is almost impossible to "get" it out of there. Secondly, effective detergents contain acids or surfactants.
